• Preparing food that meets Jersey Mike’s specifications and high quality standards

• Service that is noticeably friendlier than that of other restaurants

• A restaurant that is noticeably cleaner than other restaurants

• Developing a team of top notch employees

• Employee retention

• Developing weekly schedules on a web-based platform

• Ordering & Inventory on a web-based platform

• Prep / Identification of Needs

• Training of all team members

• Cash Control

• Increasing same store sales

• Increasing store profitability

• Must be willing to train in State College, PA

*Must be familiar with using web-based applications and email to complete tasks in a timely fashion.

- Salary: $65,000-$90,0000/year depending on bonuses and other incentives
