Chef José Andrés- James Beard awarded and Esquire Chef of the Year- is seeking Sous Chef's at Jaleo in The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas. Help us in our mission to Change the World through the Power of Food!

· Take ownership of the restaurant; ensure the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably.
