Barback (Bar)

Junoon Restaurant (Michelin Star rated) n flatiron/Chelsea area is looking to fill up its full time bar back position asap. If you have following skill and qualification. please apply with resume.
1. Have worked in New York city's successful bar as a bar back for at least one year.
2. Have a good knowledge of opening and closing of the bar, stoking, juicing and prepping of fruit and garnishes.
3. Good communication in English. Bi lingual is an asset.
4. Willingness to learn the craft cocktail program with senior bartender.
5. Vision of growth.
6. Open schedule and open shift. ( Mostly evening )
7. Passion for food and beverage.
8. Customer service oriented is a must.
