Kettlebell Group is our group business, now owning Kettlebell Kitchen, Soulmate Food and The Clean Bakery. We are growing RAPIDLY!

This places us as one of the largest meal preparation companies in the UK currently. Kettlebell Kitchen is a health conscious nutrition brand. Aiming to be as chemical free as possible and following high standards of our clean cooking ethos.

Rapidly growing, large meal prep side of the business, busy catering and events arm plus numerous stores and many in the pipeline.

We are looking for outstanding & driven people to join us on this exciting journey!

The Role:
- We are looking for a PT Supervisor/Keyholder to help run our store!
- Manage the daily store operations
- Ensure all info documented and stored in folders to refer back to
- Making all efforts to keep food costs below 30% for all sites
- Ensuring healthy store gross profits and targets are met or exceeded
- Making all efforts to keep our 5 star hygiene ratings
- Dealing with any food related complaints and putting measures in place to stop further same instances
- Working with Kitchen Managers to create new dishes and menus when needed and orchestrate the roll out of these
- Ensuring regular store offers, meal deals, marketing, liaising with marketing team to create campaigns, graphics etc to drive people into store and keep revenues in line
- Regular food and spec testing/checking to ensure consistency
- Ensuring all site paperwork is up to date and regularly checked
- Ensuring all stores are clean and kept to a good standard, troubleshooting maintenance issues etc
- Dealing with recruitment, cover, overseeing rotas, keeping to rota budgets and knowing wage figures, giving feedback to recruitment after trials and F2F interviews
- Making sure apprentice staff are being motivated, managed, trained
- Ensuring all people are being progressed where possible and trained where needed
- Regular staffing training sessions
- EOD reporting on daily progress
- Keeping team morale high, liaising with events manager to keep social activity and team working
