ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepares vegetables, meats, and other ingredients for the station
• Provides assistance to the station chef and other senior chefs
• Ability to rotate through various sections of the kitchen
• Maintains high standards of sanitation and adheres to safety requirements
• Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations
• Measures dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately
• Assists with deliveries and stock rotation
