Description
We are offering a unique opportunity for someone with a strong beverage background to grow as a member our Management team. The right person has the ability to grow the bar program while fostering new relationships with our guests and maintain good relations with of our current regulars.

You *MUST* have experience in a management capacity (bar manager, floor manager, lead bartender, key holder, shift supervisor, etc). 2 nights per week you will be bartending throughout the shift and closing the restaurant (no late nights). In addition, 3 nights per week you will work as a floor manager overseeing the staff and service. This position has the potential to grow into a larger role as you mature with the company.

Qualified applicants will need to be able to exhibit a strong understanding of service, hospitality and teamwork. We are looking for candidates with passion, energy, professionalism and the desire to learn and grow within this industry.

Expert knowledge of wines, spirits, and beer styles; along with a strong foundation in hospitality is mandatory.

You will be asked to provide professional references and display a proven track record of employment stability and success.
