Key responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service at all times.

• Assist with setting up and closing the venue.

• Clearing, wiping and resetting tables

• Ensuring  food traders are set up for service with crockery, cutlery, napkins and glassware, then maintaining this throughout the day. 

• Maintaining the venue's recycling procedures and disposing of waste in the correct places.

• Keeping all cleaning stations tidy and free of clutter, emptying bins when needed

• Assisting the BOH crew in maintaining a manageable and clean environment to work in.

• Working closely with the supervisors ensuring that the Health & Safety standards are delivered

• Assisting the Bar team with collection and washing of glassware

• Being available to assist customers when required

• Report any safety issues, broken glass, spillages etc to the management team and assist in correcting the issue

• Be willing to help out in other areas in the business when needed and generally be a team player! 

To be considered for a role with us you will have:

• 1 years experience in hospitality (however this isn’t a dealbreaker)

• An awareness of our licensing objectives 

• Excellent people skills, able to communicate confidently with staff, guests and traders

• A positive and flexible attitude, with the ability to think laterally and willing to problem solve

• An eye for detail and use of initiative to keep the venue looking and feeling great

• A love of great food and drink

• Will enjoy working in a busy Central London spot, with regular live DJs and events throughout the year
