KFC are on the lookout for a credible and results-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (and real-life fried chicken connoisseur!) to join our People & Culture team on a fixed-term basis. The job title is one thing but what we’re really after is a true KFC brand ambassador. We want someone who is a true fan of the brand, a dynamic, enthusiastic people person who always has their finger on the pulse of what great talent looks like and can quickly get to grips with the culture that fuels our results.


Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, this is an unbelievable role…you will be empowered to bring your personal vision to shape the future of talent at KFC with exposure to all areas of the business and our best leaders.


You will create and drive an insight driven recruitment plan that meets the needs of our fast-paced business to evolve talent acquisition at KFC through; optimising both our new ATS and careers website supporting the growth and development of our fantastic talent acquisition team and our incredible hiring managers, engaging with key senior leaders throughout the journey.

We are a people business that happens to sell chicken and chips so being in tune with what it takes to help new starters grow and develop will always be important to you.


You will have a team of 3-4 direct reports focused on recruiting exceptional new talent for both our 50 owned restaurants as well as chicken HQ (what we like to call our Restaurant Support Centre) and in supporting our franchise partners with expertise and advice. You will be engaging with all levels within the business, so an adaptable, approachable communication style is key.


EXPERIENCE

·         Robust experience in identifying and sourcing exceptional talent both directly and through effective partnerships

·         Experience of coaching others to perform at their best and delivering results in-line with hiring metric targets

·         A track record of using data and insights to track progress and inform future planning and strategy

·         Experience in a generalist retail recruitment environment, with focus on head office roles would be beneficial

·         A proven track record for transforming the talent acquisition candidate journey;
