Description
We are seeking positive and enthusiastic people who love to serve! We are seeking a Shift Manager to join our team. This is an excellent career development opportunity for a kitchen supervisor, team leader, or manager with at least one year of supervisory or management experience.
What you'll do:
Oversee the team, the operation of the kitchen, the back of house and the front of house all in an effort to ensure a smooth operational flow and staff efficiency. You may be assigned to open or close the restaurant in the absence of a manager; following established opening and closing procedures.
What we're looking for:
• Great attitude, enthusiasm and passion for the hospitality industry and people
• Ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Hands-on approach with hiring, training and developing people
• As a plus, you have experience and a working knowledge of Japanese cuisine
