Summary
The Service Manager is responsible for understanding the menu and all steps of service around excellent hospitality in accordance with Kinton Ramen’s company initiatives and strategies. They will be responsible for the ultimate goal of providing high-quality service and maintaining and attracting new customers. In this role, they will partner and collaborate with the Operations, Culinary, Marketing, Human Resources, and IT Departments towards achieving all company goals.

Essential Functions
 Greet guests, escort them to their seats, and present with menus.
 Take food and drink orders from customers accurately and with a positive attitude.
 Learn and train staff on all steps of service according to Kinton Ramen standards.
 Handle cash and other payments following the company’s policies and SOPs.
 Handle guest complaints regarding food quality or service and communicate issues and solutions effectively.
 Monitor all staff and guest interactions to ensure a positive experience from start to finish.
 Ensure all employees comply with health and food safety standards.
 Supervise and train all new staff in company value of serving people happiness.
 Schedule and lead team with the objective of meeting all budgetary guidelines.
 Communicate general updates, issues to managers, associates and other staff members.
 Make recommendations to management on how to improve customer service and profitability.
 Maintain cleanliness and operational standards as it pertains to facilities and equipment.

Required Experience
 Proven restaurant serving or waitering experience.
 Hands-on experience in cash handling and POS systems,
 Attention to details in cleanliness and all areas of safety.
 Guest-focused customer service approach.
 Excellent people skills and an upbeat and positive attitude.
