We are currently looking for a Commis Chef to join our dynamic team.
Kym’s is the recently opened new venture from Andrew Wong of the Michelin starred A. Wong restaurant in Pimlico. It focuses on the ancient craft of Chinese roasting while paying homage to the varying regions of China, in a relaxed and charming environment.
A commis chef must have a desire to develop in the industry with a passion for food. Entry level cooking experience is desirable but not a necessity. A keen eye and attention for detail and ability to take direction is key. In this position you will need to support the mise en place however flexibility and the ability to adapt to the needs of the kitchen is required while keeping poise under pressure.
