Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our dynamic team.
Kym’s is the recently opened new venture from Andrew Wong of the Michelin starred A. Wong restaurant in Pimlico. It focuses on the ancient craft of Chinese roasting while paying homage to the varying regions of China, in a relaxed and charming environment.
We are looking for a chef with experience in a fast paced environment with attention to detail, excellent quality control and ability to maintain high standards. They will need to be able to perform well on each section and additionally supervise the various sections. They will be required to oversee that items are prepped for service. An understanding of health and safety is also desirable.
