Head Chef (Monday - Friday)

We are looking for a passionate Head Chef to celebrate the flavours, fun and atmosphere of Spain with us.

Working at La Tasca as a Head Chef your mission will be to craft authentic Spanish dishes and bring enthusiasm to every day. We put you in the driving seat so you can develop and progress into the Head Chef you want to be.

As a Head Chef you will:
• Prepare fresh food every day in advance, in line with all of the company recipes and specifications
• Lead your team and ensure they are also following all of the relevant standards
• Be as proud as we are of the food you serve and also instil a sense of pride throughout the kitchen team
• Be super organised and calm under pressure
• Actively encourage colleagues and team members; coaching and helping them to achieve their responsibilities
