Summary Description :

Reporting to the Director of Ecommerce, this individual will be responsible for managing onsite content and third-party tools that generate engagement and conversion for US and CA websites. This is a highly cross-functional role, partnering with local digital marketing and merchandising teams, as well as global teams, to champion for North American market needs and priorities. This role has three direct reports, overseeing category merchandisers.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Assume business ownership of ecommerce frontend platform and third-party merchandising tools. Manage direct
relationships with account managers and internal global teams to continue enhancing front end ability to improve onsite
experience
• Develop merchandising strategy based on product attributes, user behavior and sales trends to drive conversion, UPT
and AOV while maintaining brand image and company goals
• Ensure seasonal buys are completely represented online in a timely manner. Apply product sales reporting to develop
strategies to increase sell-thru focusing on driving retail margin percentage and dollars. Propose promotions as needed
responding to business trends
• Launch onsite A/B and multivariate tests and segmentation strategies to improve site experience
• Liaise with CRM and Digital Marketing teams to develop personalized experiences for specific segments
• Identify, track and resolve technical issues within our platform as well as propose and thoroughly test new functionality
while partnering with release and project management teams
• Demonstrate expertise in merchandising and user experience to gain credibility with global teams
• Manage and develop ecommerce merchandisers
• Report weekly on site micro-conversions, adjust priorities accordingly and suggest actions based on findings
• Assist ecommerce team with other duties and projects as needed

Requirements/Qualifications:

• BA/BS required
• 5+ years of relevant experience in ecommerce
• Experience with Demandware (Salesforce Commerce Cloud), Shopify, Magento or other ecommerce platforms
• Global luxury, fashion, beauty experience a plus
• Passion for online shopping and new technologies
• Extraordinary communication skills, both written and oral
• Proven multi-tasker that can manage several projects at once under tight deadlines and accommodate rapid changes
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills; Light HTML/CSS a plus
• An entrepreneurial spirit with the operational skills to ensure self-directed projects and ideas are seen through to
execution
• Attention to detail a must
• Resource management experience
