IT Project Manager, Supply Chain


Description

The IT Project Manager in Supply Chain – will work with our back-office ERP, WMS and WCS applications and work with key business users who work with these applications to support and business process configuration, new vendor integration, documentation, support, and training to end users.


The IT Project Manager – Supply Chain reports to the IT Solutions Manager.


WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Pilot and manage projects from the defined roadmap
  • Use your experience in EDI to integrate new vendors and work with our HQ team to improve existing EDI flows.
  • Organize and facilitate project planning, project reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
  • Maintain and improve upon a service orientated, customer focused IT function that supports ongoing operations that drive efficiency, quality, customer service and growth.
  • Assist in identifying, reproducing, analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving defects encountered during various stages of project development and delivery.
  • Collaborate with local and corporate team in identifying, planning, development, and implementation of systems that will support define roadmap of the company.
  • Engage with business partners and influence project decisions; assess the risks of various solutions and prioritize competing business demands.
  • Report team activities to leading team and anticipate resources shortage for the upcoming tasks
  • Create an environment of team spirit and enthusiasm around what is being delivered


SYSTEMS YOU’LL USE:

  • ERP: CEGID Orliweb
  • WMS: Manhattan WMOS
  • OMS: Manhattan Active Omni
  • Working with EDI 810/850/855/856
  • Database Environment: Oracle DB


WHO YOU ARE:

  • 3-5 years of business and system analysis experience, fashion/retail industry preferred
  • Functional knowledge of ERP core business processes (e.g. order management, distribution/fulfillment, invoicing, customers, procurement, inventory, HR, financial reporting, etc.)
  • Previous working experience working with retail EDI Docs (850, 810, 856) is highly preferred
  • Experience in converting business requirements and functional requirements to use cases
  • Must be available to occasionally work off-hours to support project activities and deployments
  • Experience working in collaboration with remote offshore/remote team
  • French language proficiency preferred
