Supply Chain Coordinator


Description

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, this individual will work closely with the entire Operations Team, which oversees the US, Canada and Mexico, (although this role will support only the US). This tactical role will execute the day to day processes, including but not limited to clerical support for the team, order maintenance and weekly reporting. He or she will be a key contributor to the success of our rapidly growing business, and we are seeking someone who can assume new responsibilities as needed, in order to keep up with the pace of our company.


  ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

·         Own supply chain operations Inbound-Outbound WIP; Track DC capacity and utilization; Provide shipments priority & instruction to DC and partners. Ensure execution per plan and objectives

·         Daily communicate with DC & partners to monitor operation flow and efficiency, initiate regular at-site visit

·         Manage and update supply chain operation database, inbound/outbound weekly reports to ensure visibility and documentation

·         Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and offer creative problem solution to ensure supply chain operation flow and target achievement

·         Oversee daily traffic related clerical responsibilities

·         Supervise Bulk and sample products imports and track flow and delivery

·         Provide monthly inbound/Outbound forecasts to the DC, Freight Forwarders and internal stakeholders

·         Maintain SOPs for inbound/outbound shipments and operational processes, ensure partners alignment

·         Execute the ASN verification and upload

·         Construct & distribute the delivery report to internal teams on a weekly basis

·         Act as a liaison between the team at corporate & the team at our distribution center

·         Monitor the weekly shipping process to our businesses in Puerto Rico

·         Distribute and maintain various reports such as weekly inventory & monthly inbound performance KPI

·         Upload and maintain size scales in conjunction with the Company P forecast

·         Perform all other duties/ projects as assigned and required

 

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

·         Degree in International Business, Supply Chain or 3 + years’ experience in a Supply Chain role is preferred

·         Excellent analytical and mathematical skills

·         Strong Microsoft Excel skills are required

·         Strength in prioritizing projects and executing multiple tasks to achieve productivity and business goals

·         Demonstrated success in problem solving and/or analytics

·         Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills

·         Ability to promote teamwork and work in a collaborative environment
