Description

Based in Miami, the Market Leader, South Boutiques will oversee approximately twelve stores in Florida / Southeast region and will drive business results for all locations. As a Lacoste Market Leader, you enjoy the challenges of developing individuals, building teams, and driving performance and growth across Lacoste Boutiques. You demonstrate successful leadership ability with a focus on excellence and consistent execution of Lacoste strategies. Even when you’re not present, you maintain a constant influence in every location — articulating the Lacoste Brand vision to inspire and make a daily impact on your management teams and associates.

 Essential Job Responsibilities:

 

·         Drive sales and customer experience in your region, meeting targets and budgets.

·         Oversee the recruiting and training in your market, build a respected leadership team.

·         Inspire and lead teams to deliver in-store experiences that build customer and brand loyalty. 

·         Provide training, coaching and feedback to Managers and store teams. Effectively communicate sales and customer service programs.

·         Know what is happening in your local market (trends, competition, customers, local events, etc.), provide insights, actions and execute local strategies.

·         Analyze key metrics and KPI’s to make business decisions.

·         Control operational expenses including, but not limited to, payroll, and scheduled hours.

·         Ensure that visual directives are executed.

·         Ensure the protection of store assets and inventory.

·         Work and communicate with corporate partners to effectively articulate needs of the market.

·         Oversee the setup and execution of the retail shop at the annual Miami Open Tennis tournament. 

 

Requirements/Qualifications:

 

·         5+ years of multi-store supervisory experience and 5+ years of store management experience in the apparel industry. Experience overseeing premium retail stores is a must. Experience overseeing Florida stores highly preferred.

·         Must be a self-starter, with ability to effectively manage and prioritize one’s workload. Must be able to proactively take on initiatives with sometimes limited direction.

·         Position must reside in the Miami area. Must be able to travel to all locations in your market on a regular basis to monitor performance, provide support and training.

·         Strong leadership and training skills required. Must be able to communicate Lacoste policies and procedures in a clear and concise way.

·         Solid business acumen with experience making hard and fast decisions to drive success.

·         Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish is a major plus.
