Description

Assists NORCAM Buying Team with all functions and coordinates with all cross functional teams.


 

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for designated reporting duties on a weekly/ seasonal/ ad hoc basis.
  • Ownership over style creation and pricing uploads for seasonal collections and special projects.
  • Take the lead on organizing any in season price changes and markdown files.
  • Create and maintain the Style Master File each season, with regular communication to our Wholesale and Regional partners on any style updates /drops /modifications /etc.
  • Respond in a timely manner to any requests from our Global HQ Merchandising team and Local/ Regional teams (Canada & Mexico).
  • Facilitate E-Commerce sample requests on a seasonal basis and support in coordinating any in-season requests for local photography.
  • Mange purchase order creation and vendor communication for Licensed products.
  • Assist in sample management process from start to finish, from the creation of the sample requests to checking-in samples upon arrival. Organize samples for handoff to Wholesale.
  • Partner with Buyers in creation of all collateral for presentations to Wholesale, Visual Merchandising, and Senior Leadership Teams.
  • Participate in weekly calls with our Store Teams and provide any relevant business feedback, as required.
  • Assess local trends and the competitive position of the brand through market research, as directed.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned and required.
  • Some travel may be required.

 

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Extremely organized and detail oriented to maintain accuracy of all reports and general coordination between all departments.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong follow-up skills and sense of urgency.
  • Highly proficient in the following applications; Excel and Power Point.
  • Must be able to lift, carry, or otherwise move objects weighing up to 20 lbs.
