Description

Lacoste is seeking an analytical and organized individual to join the Ecommerce team. This position is responsible for planning and executing merchandising initiatives to deliver an enhanced user experience. We are looking for an energized candidate who has a strong passion for products and enjoys working collaboratively with internal team members. This role will manage the day-to-day execution of site merchandising and content updates, driving a premium customer experience, optimizing for product performance and topline sales.


Responsibilities

  • Create and execute category specific site merchandising optimizations, navigation, and landing page experiences to drive product discoverability and conversion
  • Setup site and products for online sales and promotions, while working closely with marketing to guarantee best customer experience
  • Ensure merchandising classifications, product attribute assignments, and cross selling are correctly classified before they launch
  • Collaborate directly with buyers, planning, and marketing teams to position key stories and products throughout season
  • Utilize analytics and sales data to drive ongoing improvements and site experience optimizations
  • Produce weekly/monthly/quarterly reports for key product & sales performance KPIs
  • Executing all in season and markdown price data
  • Understand the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform and the merchandising capabilities; strong knowledge and ability to navigate the content management system within SFCC
  • Oversee homepage, landing page and overall site experience calendar and implementation by briefing assets and uploading changes
  • Partner with marketing to position key stories and merchandise site to align with brand emails
  • Update customized category and landing pages to support seasonal campaigns and promotions

 

 

Requirements

  • 3+ year’s experience in Online Merchandising or Ecommerce Operations
  • Business knowledge of online merchandising concepts
  • Working knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Omniture and Search and Merchandising Platforms
  • Knowledge of and passion for product
  • Strong MS Office experience, particularly within Excel a must
  • Ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced, flexible working environment
  • Detail oriented and highly organized time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce Demandware a plus
