Supply Chain Operations Senior Manager

We are seeking a Supply Chain Operations Sr. Manager role to ensure availability of product at the most efficient way. This role will provide essential support to establish alignment between our Sales and Operations strategies across our different distribution zones, (NORCAM), product networks, and distribution channels (Wholesale, Retail, and Digital). This role will report directly to the VP of Operations.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

·         Establish trust and alignment between Operations and Distribution partners to the optimal production strategies across both our product and distribution networks by developing a common language between both.

·         Create and drive continuous improvement of world-class Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.

·         Assess discrepancies between S&OP processes worldwide and provide guidelines to harmonize them altogether.

·         Support the level-up of S&OP meeting conductions across product networks and distribution zones, during which will be reviewed several KPIs including: Operating Profit, Stock level and Value, On Time Availability, and Forecast Accuracy.

·         Contribute to the definition of new processes or improve existing ones, including financial valorization of gains and risks.

·         Consolidate several analyses and KPIs such as On Time Availability and Forecast Accuracy, which will be reviewed during global S&OP meetings.

·         Share guidelines to the different regions on data retrieval, root cause analyses, and S&OP process conduction.

·         Prepare gap analysis of discrepancies between S&OP meetings across product networks and distribution zones to propose improvements to existing processes on both market and regional scales.

·         Contribute to various missions such as the development of new tools & KPIs,  new processes definition with other departments and specifically Business Owner to continuously improve the organizational efficiency
