Summary:


Lacoste seeks a self-motivated professional with excellent project management, analytical and technical skills to join our IT Team as an Omnichannel Technical Project Manager. As the Omnichannel Technical Project Manager, you will serve a key role in driving the discovery, delivery, and support of our digital platform initiatives in the North American region.


You will manage the technology components in the omnichannel ecosystem, collaborating with business stakeholders in the end-to-end Order-Fulfillment lifecycle and ensuring the successful delivery of technology solutions.

The Omnichannel Technical Project Manager will serve as the primary contact and subject expert for the Order Management System. Key internal partners include E-Commerce, Data Integration, Retail, and Supply Chain teams. This role will also collaborate closely with Global teams and external vendors to facilitate change, maintain operational stability, and drive collaboration across order fulfillment channels. A successful candidate should have experience in e-commerce, order management, API integrations, and Supply Chain. The candidate is expected to have technical expertise in these areas to drive projects successfully.


Essential Job Responsibilities:


  • Analyze the user needs: Work with end users to define the project scope. Gather and Organize functional and technical specifications
  • Define Project Execution Plan: Plan resources and execution schedule. Identify risks and mitigation plans. Pilot and coordinate the production of the various project deliverables.
  • Project Follow-up: Ensure internal/external communication of the project. Follow planning, workload, deliverable, and budget compliance. Define Training for business teams. Animate and prepare project steering meetings to review deliverables, risks, budgets, workloads, and decision arbitration.
  • Project Delivery: Support Users and define plans to deliver fixes. Structure system integration tests, user acceptance tests, and dry runs. Transition the deployment to production and ensure the proper level of documentation.
  • Lead resolution of production support problems following problem management and incident management policies and procedures
  • Administration and support of OMS platform from a local level.
  • Manage and triage backlog, and production support tickets, considering business priority, the effort required, and strategic roadmap


Requirements/Qualifications:


  • Experience with Order Management principles, practices, and techniques a plus (Manhattan Active OMNI preferred)
  • Proven Project Manager experience in a technical environment (5 yr+)
  • Experience with web development and web technologies
  • Good communications skills with customers, team, and stakeholders
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Experience with QA practices and documentation
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Any experience within the retail fashion industry would be beneficial
  • Experience in JIRA or any other issue management system
  • Experience leveraging Agile methodologies preferred

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of working with Manhattan Active Omni OMS
  • Excellent knowledge of API frameworks & Integration via API’s
  • Prior experience working with POSTMAN to perform POST/GET REST calls to OMS framework
  • Knowledge of Azure IPaaS would be a plus
  • Knowledge of working with JSON/XML to exchange data between systems.
  • Knowledge of high-level system design methodologies and techniques (such as the entity/relationship model, data/process flow diagrams, API, Cloud, etc.).
  • Knowledge of relational databases, developing SQL, building and executing queries to create datasets
  • ERP Orliweb
  • Oracle DB (SQL / PL-SQL)
  • Knowledge of working in a Manhattan based WMS would also be a plus


Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology preferred, or related field or advanced level IT certifications.
