Summary Description:
This position reports to the Senior Manager of Order Fulfillment and assists Business in providing timely updates of inventory locations, for their specific accounts in order to achieve Lacoste’s yearly shipping goals. It requires a multi skilled approach and understanding of our global platform. We require individuals who possess self-leadership and a high performance approach to their role. We are dedicated to delivering quality, value and exceptional customer service and operational support to our partners.
· Inventory Management for specific accounts
· Order allocation and pick ticket prioritization management
· Collaborate with transportation, planning, 3PL team and shipping
· Pick pool management
· KPI reporting by channel (wholesale, retail, digital)
Requirements/Qualifications:
· 2-5 years' experience in customer service or operations required.
· Strong computer skills required Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word).
· Textile or footwear experience a plus.
· Strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills needed.
· Individual must be a well-organized, outgoing team player providing flexible support to meet departmental objectives and fostering a positive and motivating environment.
· Able to prioritize assigned tasks and a very strong problem solver.
· Adopt a pro-active approach to problem solving providing next-step solutions.
· Maintain a professional working relationship with internal and external peers and customers.
· Support decisions made by Management demonstrating a positive and flexible approach to changing business priorities.
