We are looking for an Assistant/ Deputy Manager who is kind, fun, passionate, consistent and as obsessed with hospitality as we are, to hit the ground running and successfully open our new restaurant! Starting your training a month before the restaurant opens, you will learn all about our everyday celebration of the flavours, pleasures and joy of Latin America here at Las Iguanas. Relocation packages for the successful candidate are also a real possibility!

As an Assistant/ Deputy Manager you will:
• Oversee the operation, ensuring each department have everything they need to give the guests great hospitality
• Be on the floor during service, anticipating pressure points before they arise and jumping in to help your team where needed
• Managing the restaurant is a tough job; when managing shift, you will feel like you are pulled in multiple directions and you will need to meet various business processes, standards and controls to ensure we are consistent as a brand.
