We are offering you a rare opportunity to learn how to craft and master traditional dishes from Brazil and beyond in a UK market where Brazilian cuisine is unique. This is why we are looking for enthusiastic chefs that may not necessarily have tonnes of experience but will thrive in our Latin infused busy environment.

Our kitchens are busy, high pressured environments to work in. As a Commis Chef your mission is to prepare fresh food every day in line with all of the company recipes and specifications. You also need to be super speedy as you will only have minutes to put together a dish and you will need to deal with a relentless stream of orders coming through. Being super organised and calm under pressure is a must!

Working weekends, some split shifts and late nights is often challenging, but how often is it that you can have a carnival at work?
