We are looking for an inquisitive and receptive Chef de Partie to join our Latin carnival cast and an everyday celebration!

We are offering you a rare opportunity to learn how to craft and master traditional dishes from Brazil and beyond in a UK market where Brazilian cuisine is unique. This is why we are looking for enthusiastic chefs that will thrive in our Latin infused busy environment.

As a member of the kitchen team, you will be supporting the management chefs as well as assisting with leading the team and organising the kitchen. You will be taking control of your own section as well as helping maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen, whilst working together to maximise customer satisfaction.

Working weekends, some split shifts and late nights is often challenging, but how often is it that you can have a carnival at work?
