As a Deputy Manager, you will:

? Take ownership & accountability – Make key decisions when leading shifts or in the absence of the General Manager.
? Lead & motivate the team – Build a positive work environment, helping to train and develop team members.
✅ Ensure restaurant safety & standards – Keep operations legal, safe, and efficient.
? Be commercially aware – Understand how decisions impact the business and help drive performance & profitability.
