Latin Beet Kitchen is a new fast casual concept that focuses on food that is both nutritious and delicious. Using local, seasonal and humanely raised produce and proteins. Our open presentation lets customers make smart, healthy choice based on what they see and not words on a wall. The fresh food is just one part of what makes Latin Beet so special. It all starts with the dedicated people who produce and serve theses great dishes with a passion for guest service. Latin Beet is looking to grow its family and we want you to join!

Expectations
• Prep and prepare foods for service
• Serve foods directly to customers. Explaining the dishes and choices with accuracy and the utmost hospitality
• Be a proud model for our brand and company culture
• The ability to multi-talk and remain poised under pressure
• An incredible sense of urgency.
• A guest-first approach to hospitality, and the ability to anticipate guests' needs.
• A genuine positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• A keen eye for detail, and exceptionally high service standards.

To be considered for these roles you should:
* Have some fast casual/restaurant experience
* Be looking for 30 or more hours a week and a flexible schedule
* Possess a true sense of urgency and commitment
* Be honest, self-driven, and have the desire to succeed!
