Description
LMDM is searching for a Maitre'd who will be responsible for greeting, seating, reservations and to make sure there is smooth dinner service. This role will act as supervisor in the absence of the General Manager and Executive Chef. LMDM is looking for the gracious host that has fine-dining restaurant experience, has worked with OpenTable and has great phone etiquette. This Maitre'd will also be familiar with LMDM's steps of service and work with the team to make sure these steps are being followed.
