Key Responsibilities:
Event Set Up: Move and arrange tables, chairs, and furniture to create beautiful layouts for weddings and events.
Room Turnarounds: Support the events team in quickly and efficiently transforming spaces between ceremonies, wedding breakfasts, and evening receptions.
Guest Support: Assist with carrying luggage, equipment, or deliveries to help couples, suppliers, and fellow team members.
Venue Standards: Keep public areas tidy and organised, making sure the venue always looks its best.
Collaboration: Work closely with the events, bar, and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth running on busy event days.
Problem-Solving: Respond to last-minute changes or requests with a calm, can-do attitude.
