Description
The award winning Liberation Group have an incredible opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to join our team.
The role will be based in either Jersey or Guernsey and you will assist our amazing Pubs & Inns as well as our Brewery, Distribution and Head Office functions recruit high quality people.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding for all General Managers, Head Chefs, Sous Chefs and Assistant Managers.
- Ensure all candidates have eligible right to work and align to legal requirements in both Jersey and/or Guernsey.
- Grow a pool of talent that can work with us across our estate.
- Provide training to Hiring Managers on Recruitment related subjects.
- Assist with overseas assessments and facilitate the onboarding of talent from various countries.
- Help deliver an industry leading candidate experience where 'everyone wishes they got the job'.
