Our financing is collateralized<br>by a portfolio of middle market loans, governed by a Loan-To-Value concept and structured with diversity and other requirements<br> * Manage 14 BDC and private fund financing portfolios (~$9bn in lending) in a team of four<br> * Provide credit analysis, valuation, and thesis/risk review for middle market loans and bonds across all industries; determine<br> fair market value of each credit and provide ongoing portfolio management and loan price updates<br> o Analysis focuses on capital structure, quality of earnings, free cash flow profile, comparables, valuation sensitivity,<br> waterfall and recovery, key risks, and yield<br> * Conduct calls with portfolio managers and deal teams to discuss distressed credits, portfolio pipeline, and market trends<br> * Provide collateral pool valuation and portfolio assessment to support new trade negotiations; recently closed deals include:<br> o $2.4bn, Revaluation-based trade consisting of directly originated unitranche debt<br> o $400mm portfolio of sponsor-backed, syndicated and club 2nd Lien deals<br> o $300mm wind-down trade of mostly stressed 1st Lien loans<br> * Identify syndicated credit opportunities for the loan trading desk; provide desk analysis and support for market making
