The Role

The dishwasher is an entry level position and will work to help the restaurant execute smooth service through dish and equipment upkeep. The duties of this position may change from time to time and includes basic food preparations and stocking needs. Our porter works neatly and cleanly, and has the ability to multi-task and work in a team environment.

The Requirements

As a dishwasher, we would love you to have:
No experience required
High School Diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred
Comfortable working in a fast paced and high energy environment
Dependability-job requires being reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfilling obligations.
Takes guidance and coaching well in all situations
Adaptable to the stresses of a kitchen environment
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods, and lift 40+ lbs


The Restaurant

Located inside the Four Seasons Hotel, Loch Bar is Atlas Restaurant Group’s classic seafood tavern overlooking Baltimore’s picturesque Inner Harbor. Opened in 2016, Loch Bar serves up some of the East Coast’s favorite seafood dishes and curates one of the region’s largest raw bars. In addition to offering a wide selection of local craft beers and handcrafted cocktails, the beverage program centers around one of the city’s largest whiskey lists. Loch Bar offers live music seven days a week, and during the summer months guests can enjoy the restaurant’s expansive outdoor patio
