The Role

The server’s primary responsibility is to create an uncompromising dining experience throughout the guest’s visit. Our servers demonstrate genuine hospitality, work neatly and cleanly, and have the ability to multitask and work in a team environment. The server answers questions about the menu, sells the restaurant's food and drinks, and communicates orders with the kitchen staff while maintaining a warm and friendly demeanor

The Requirements

As a Server, we would love you to have:
At least 1-2 years of experience in fine dining restaurants as a server
Convey information and ideas with clarity and genuine warmth and hospitality
Knowledge and passion for seafood, beer, wine and whiskey a plus
Able to perform in a team serving environment
Must have a working knowledge of Micros or any POS system
High School Diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand during entire shift
Ability to lift 30 lbs


The Restaurant

Located inside the Four Seasons Hotel, Loch Bar is Atlas Restaurant Group’s classic seafood tavern overlooking Baltimore’s picturesque Inner Harbor. Opened in 2016, Loch Bar serves up some of the East Coast’s favorite seafood dishes and curates one of the region’s largest raw bars. In addition to offering a wide selection of local craft beers and handcrafted cocktails, the beverage program centers around one of the city’s largest whiskey lists. Loch Bar offers live music seven days a week, and during the summer months guests can enjoy the restaurant’s expansive outdoor patio
