Simply named 'Lolo' — the affectionate Spanish nickname for Manuel, José’s middle name — this all-day dining experience offers something special, from breakfast through to late-night enjoyment. Lolo brings together the very best of what José is renowned for: exceptional food, fine wine, and warm hospitality.

This marks José’s third restaurant on Bermondsey Street, a vibrant and dynamic location where he has honed his craft and earned his reputation as the godfather of Spanish cuisine.

We are now seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and proactive Assistant Restaurant Manager to join this exciting project and become part of the José Pizarro family.

Please note that we operate seven days a week, and the role will be based on a rota basis.

Applicant requirements: 

Applicant must be eligible to work full time in the UK and:

One year of experience as a Sous Chef

Have an enthusiastic, professional, and exemplary attitude and conduct

Possess good communication skills

attention to detail and have previous experience in a similar role and operation.
