As Senior Restaurant General Manager (SRGM) you are the Number 1 business leader. We’ll never take for granted the important role you play in leading our teams to deliver our world famous fried chicken to all our fans. Our management teams have a wealth of experience coming from a variety of backgrounds: from supermarkets, pubs, to high street retailers and even banks but above all you’re an authentic brand ambassador who cares about people and also happened to love our chicken and chips. In this role you’ll be empowered to run your restaurant like you own it so put on your bolo tie and get ready to make the Colonel proud.
