KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Are you ready to get in the driver’s seat?
You will be the face of F1 Arcade – welcome the guests with a strong sense of positivity and energy
You will manage sim and party bookings, pre-orders and will be in charge of all the scheduling for the day ahead, including briefing, and communicate clearly with other departments regarding all the customers’ requests and needs
You will manage and inspire the team of hosts, you will be in charge of training and development of your team and making improvements to processes, systems and documentation
You will ensure that your team provide all the information to every guest that enters the building and update the team regularly with any changes to the customer journey
You will need to review reservations for the week ahead and ensure all pre-orders are given the relevant departments and liaise with your fellow managers with regards to all upcoming bookings
You will be fully hands-on and work on the floor where needed
You will also be available to host show arounds and tours of the venue for all potential enquiries

· Proven work experience as a Receptionist Manager or similar role,
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
· Excellent organisational skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
