The Role
Reporting into the Head of Business Development this is an exciting role for someone who is passionate about sales and business development. You will be responsible for targeting a pre-selected group of medical professionals in Central London to support the launch of an exciting and industry leading range of services for seniors living in London.
Alongside the opportunity to get involved in a variety of business projects, duties will include:

Visiting 6-8 medical professionals each day.
•
Introducing medical professionals to a suite of services and products.
•
Establishing business developments opportunities with medical professionals such as setting up practice education lunch meetings.
•
Inviting medical professional to events such as CPD education conferences.
•
Inviting medical professionals to new product launches and home openings.
•
Working with the property-based membership relationship team to support the onboarding of new members.
•
Consistently meetings targets and KPI's.
•
You will receive industry leading training and support.
•
You'll be putting your own delicious ideas into action and making your mark in an international business.
The Candidate Requirements
• Resilient and driven - a self-starter who thrives in sales and keeps going no matter what.
•
Highly organised with a pin-sharp business brain and an interest in healthcare and in particular senior care and dementia.
•
Clever and creative, able to see the bigger business picture and make a big impact from day one.
•
A real people person, confident, convincing and a great team player able to work to shared targets as well as your own.
•
A head for figures will be a definite plus too, as will an eye for spotting a sales opportunity.
•
A valid driving licence maybe a benefit but not essential.
• The ability & willingness to be mobile across central London and can plan their day to be flexible to achieve sales meeting KPIs.
