Restaurant Manager

We are currently looking for a fantastic restaurant manager to work within one of our premium restaurants in the heart of central London. Part of a small unbranded group this premium dining concept offers exceptional food and service within a relaxed and informal environment. Offering a fresh, brasserie style menu serving breakfast lunch and dinner this bustling site also offers a range of expertly created cocktails and is currently trading at around 80k / week

Working within a well-established team of over 40 staff you will report directly to the GM. You will be people focussed with a real passion for exceptional service and great quality product. Someone who can motivate a team you will love training and helping them to develop as you do. You will have a good understanding of what it takes to make a business a success whilst always looking at ways to improve the customer’s experience. Someone who loves the industry you will have a real interest in the London restaurant scene and always be looking at ways to develop our offer.

If you:

Have at least 2years experience within a similar managerial role in a business turning over at least 50k / week
Are passionate about the restaurant industry with a detailed knowledge of wines and sprits
Love training and developing staff with examples of this in previous roles
Are able to lead a large team with experience in managing and developing people
Have a good understanding of P&L’s.
