Job Position: Marketing Intern
Overview: The Marketing Intern for Lucques Catering is responsible for assisting in communications, publications and media relations as well as planning, organizing, and executing events.
Reports to: Managing Director
Direct Reports: Catering Coordinators
Responsibilities:
- Assist in development of marketing materials (flyers and media advertisements) and event materials.
- Assist in organization and execution of all special event logistics.
- Assist in the updating of Lucques Catering online presence (website and social media).
- Onsite event assistance.
- Create marketing packets to send to customers.
- Build beautiful documents for our seasonal menus that we send to potential clients.
- Take photos at events and build marketing documents and thank you booklets for clients.
Qualifications:
- Actively pursuing a degree in hospitality, event planning or marketing.
- Proficient working knowledge in software to manage daily workload including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Catering Software.
- Must have a driver’s license and vehicle.
