ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER
Purpose of role: Responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager in the seamless operation of the store, by ensuring the provision of Plus 1% standards of customer care, adherence to the RC Group ethos, policies, procedures and budgetary targets and compliance with all statutory guidance, scheduling shifts, seating customers, and caring for staff members.
They must also ensure that the place abides by all applicable laws and promotes an enjoyable dining experience with excellent customer service
Requirements and skills
· Work experience as a Assistant Restaurant Manager in a restaurant for more than 1 year.
· Familiarity with restaurant management software, like OpenTable, Quandoo, Fourth Hospitality, FnB Manager, Comtrex etc.
· Customer service excellent skills on the floor
· Good attitude, politeness and excellent customer service skills
· Company policies, procedures and brand standards
· Communication and team management abilities
· Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)
