From the James Beard Award-winning team behind Maison Premiere & Sauvage, the Golden Hour now seeks qualified candidates for full time Oyster Shuckers. The position is seasonal, with an opening date estimated around mid May to a closing date of late-October.

Oyster Shuckers must be able to carefully serve and consistently select fresh oysters and adhere to the fast pace of the work place.
