Description
The Malt Shovel is a beautiful Vintage Inn located just south of Uxbridge offering one bed LIVE IN accommodation if needed.
We are recruiting for a General Manager at a pub that has so much to offer - a canal side location in the heart of the countryside, a rustic atmosphere, a welcoming opening fire and a pretty al fresco beer garden.
With good passing boat trade and local custom, great standards and an established team this business is in growth but can do so much more with summer approaching.

THE ROLE:
Managing and training your team
Ensuring our guests are cared for to the highest standards
Provide excellent customer experiences, acting as a host
Working towards and achieving business targets
Dedicating time to develop your team using our tailored development framework
