FLOOR MANAGER FOR MAMAN NYC (Manhattan)
French boutique bakery, restaurant & coffee shop Maman, from Michelin Star Chef, Armand Arnal, is now looking to hire a floor manager for one of its location in Manhattan. Maman has already 4 locations (2 in Manhattan, 1 in Greenpoint, Brooklyn and 1 in Toronto, Canada) and is still growing, as a result, there will be great potential for growth for the right candidate!
Candidates should be passionate about great food, fresh ingredients, coffee and must be dedicated to outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere for all of our customers with the aim of retaining and attracting new ones. We are looking for someone with experience as floor manager. The right candidate must be personable, team player and great leader with a desire to learn, teach & grow within our expanding company.
All applicants should have the ability to remain composed in hectic situations; strong communication skills; comfortable managing staff in a fast paced environment; familiarity with POS functions; and the ability to multitask and complete a variety of assigned work within a designated time period. Above all, the floor manager must be committed to leading by example and ensure that each and every guest receives exceptional hospitality that is associated with the Maman's name.
Food Handler's certification and knowledge of the DOH regulations is a must.
