Description
SoHo Restaurant seeking a dedicated, hardworking, energetic, professional floor manager. Ideal candidate should have three years management experience in high-end/high volume environment, and be able to work late/long hours. And maintaining service standards, but passionately training and inspiring staff about Italian food, wine and hospitality.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Opening/ Closing duties
• Supervising floor/kitchen staff
• Maintaining appearance/cleanliness of space
•Knowledgeable of food and wine
•General wine and spirit knowledge
• Nightly close-out
• Attending to all guest related needs
REQUIREMENTS:
• College degree preferred
• Three years NYC restaurant management experience
• NYC Food Handlers Certificate Required
• Micros & OpenTable Proficient
• Must be able to work all weekends/holidays
• Strong attention to detail
