Description
CAVA is looking for an ambitious, self-motivated and food-loving Regional Marketing Manager in the Greater Boston area. Our ideal candidate has a passion for brand building on the ground level and will play an integral role in developing and executing a local market strategy for the Greater Boston area. We need someone with impeccable attention to detail, charisma, and a powerful fire in the belly to shape and quickly take our field marketing programs to the next level. Success in this role requires strong strategic planning, creative thinking, customer service and communication skills. This role reports to the National Field Marketing Manager and will act independently and remotely to adopt and execute CAVA’s field marketing strategy and programs across an assigned region. An effective candidate is proactive, a self-starter, detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative start-up environment.

CAVA is a growing culinary brand with a portfolio of fast casual restaurants and a packaged goods line dedicated to fresh, Mediterranean inspired, better-for-you cuisine. Born from a full service restaurant collaboration between three first-generation Greek American childhood friends in the Washington, D.C. area, our chef-driven fast casual format is currently in five states with further expansion ahead.

You will:

• Inspire, coordinate and execute a local events and influencer strategy with guidance from the CAVA marketing and brand team
• Hire, train, and manage a team of part-time brand ambassadors
• Schedule, manage and occasionally perform in-store product demonstrations at key retail accounts
• Support and drive awareness of in-store retail promotions and programming
• Develop relationships to support CAVA restaurant staff and key regional retail partners
• Assist/participate in retailer re-set and or re-merchandising projects as needed, including grand openings/re-models as requested

You have:

• 3+ years of marketing and/or communications experience. Restaurant, retail or food experience is preferred
• 1+ years of direct team management experience and the ability to manage a field-based team of 3-5 people
• Charismatic, self-motivated, highly organized and punctual with a strong attention to detail, excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
• Experience in developing productive relationships with partners, influencers, and media
• College degree in marketing, communications, public relations or other related field
• An eagerness to join a fast-growing company, a desire to help develop and build a brand
• Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, team environment
