Description
At CAVA, the number one criteria for being a fit for any role is being a culture fit! That’s why our core values are so important to us.

The Core Values:
• POSITIVITY – We believe in the power of positivity. Every one of us has the ability to change someone’s day for the better.
• TRANSPARENCY – We believe in open and respectful communication. We use transparency to help us make decisions and inform how we talk to each other.
• HUMILITY – We can always find ways to improve. The more we learn, the more we see how much we don’t know and how much we need others to help us learn to grow.
• FANATICISM – We are passionate about our mission and turning every guest into a fanatic. We bring that energy to everything we do.
• THOUGHTFULNESS – To us, every detail matters. We go above and beyond for our guests, our teams, and our communities.

The role:
CAVA is looking for an organization and highly motivated Project Coordinator individual to join our Brand & Marketing team. The Project Coordinator will report to the Creative Director and help build and maintain creative processes, ranging from digital marketing to print production for restaurant materials. This position is a unique opportunity to get involved in both creative management and production, and operational planning and coordination.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise, coordinate, and ensure the on-time delivery and overall flow of project requests, from kick off to wrap up.
• Work with leadership to assign creative resources and build detailed production schedules for each project -- including creative services, internal reviews & approvals, physical production, and operational rollout.
• Regulate time needed for internal reviews in coordination with the Creative Director, design team, and essential department heads.
• Monitor status of projects on a daily basis, and uphold a system of weekly project reports for stakeholders. Schedule meetings as needed between internal clients and the creative teams.
• Manage a variety of logistical functions like vendor communications, file coordination, spreadsheet management, and inventory management.
• Build systems that allow for seamless communications and productivity across the creative team and beyond to internal clients and restaurant operators.

The skills:
• 2-3 years experience in project management. Creative agency experience a plus.
• A sharp eye for detail and interest in both creative and operational systems.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to foster a positive and dynamic work environment, no matter how tight the deadlines are.
• Desire to build solid relationships across departments; get-it-done attitude is a must.
• Ability to prioritize a heavy project load, assessing both short- and long-term needs.
• Extreme passion for systems thinking, organization, and knowledge sharing.
• Basic proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite, knowledge of print & production processes a plus.

We offer:
• Competitive base salary and annual bonus potential
• Benefits options including: medical (with potential health savings account contribution from CAVA), dental, vision, telemedicine, short and long term disability insurance, life insurance, pet insurance, and 401K with CAVA match
• Unlimited paid time off (PTO)
• Free CAVA food
• A casual work environment
• Four Community days per year to help the world with acts of services/volunteering
• The opportunity to be on the ground floor of helping craft the vision of a rapidly growing brand
