Chef Masa Takayama's flagship restaurant is seeking an experienced Back Server with full-time availability
Requirements:
*Must be able to work quickly and efficiently
*Must be organized, and be able to maintain a clean work area at all times
*Must have classic service knowledge
*Able to maintain great attention to detail in a fast paced environment
*Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with sommelier team & management
*New York City Food Handler’s Certification a plus
