Chef Masa Takayama's flagship restaurant is seeking an Assistant Sommelier with full-time availability
Requirements:
*Must be able to work quickly and efficiently behind the bar
*Must be organized, and be able to maintain a clean work area at all times
*Must have classic cocktail knowledge
*Able to maintain great attention to detail in a fast paced environment
*Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with sommelier team & management
*Must have open availability
