We know Finance is crucial to our business and we have some really great brands for you as a Finance Graduate to explore! As a Finance Graduate you will complete several placements within our internal Finance teams. This scheme is designed to familiarise Graduates with many aspects of our Finance functions through placements. You are given the unique opportunity to become a Qualified Accountant during your 2-3-year scheme, studying a professional qualification – typically CIMA or ACCA.
Overall, our Finance scheme is a tailored programme that flexes to your individual development needs and allows you to immerse yourself in the Finance Function and play a part in key decision-making.
To help you throughout your journey, you will have a dedicated Line Manager assigned to you from the outset, this will be a Senior Manager and a specialist in Finance. Alongside this, you will have a Placement Manager assigned for each placement, they will be an experienced individual in the placement function and will help to set clear placement objectives and provide on the job coaching and feedback to develop your capability. We will also assign you a buddy, this is a graduate from the year above who works in a similar discipline, who will support you from your first moment with us.
This is a great opportunity for an energetic and hardworking Graduate with an expected or achieved 2:1 degree or above, looking to join an exciting and ever growing company in October 2019, in an office based role in Birmingham City Centre.
Job Requirements:
• 2:1 degree or above, expected or achieved. *Associated subject degree highly desirable*
• Three A-Levels: A:B:B
• Associated degree internships or placements, highly desirable
• Mature, focused and hardworking attitude
• Highly organised
• Excellent communication skills
• A passion for food and drink – as it is what we do best!
