Your Role

To support the management team with all aspects of the day to day running of the restaurant including the supervision of the team and ensuring that all teams are fully trained and have all the knowledge needed. You will ensure every restaurant shift delivers outstanding guest experiences

• Inspire, maintain and deliver exceptional operational standards.
• Lead and inspire your team to achieve outstanding levels of hospitality
• Ensure all team is trained and motivated to deliver the Megan’s experience

The Day to Day

Results-Driven
• Focused & committed to driving sales whilst being fully aware of costs, profits, resources, the competitive environment and all other commercial aspects, in order to exceed your restaurant KPI’s.

People
• Support the General Manager in the recruitment and training of your team; following the recruitment, induction and training processes as per toolkits provided.
• Lead the training for all new Team Members, Bar Teams, Runners and Hosts by overseeing
their training plan and running weekly reviews and feedback on their performance and objectives to the GM.
• Lead motivating Team daily shift briefs; providing relevant business updates, key company messages and emphasising their role in achieving the restaurant’s financial goals.

Service
• Train teams on how to engage and communicate with guests, by telling our story and ensuring our family values are maintained (“We are a neighborhood, family & dog friendly restaurant”).
• Build a good rapport with all guests during the shift and ensure that all guests receive SWAG service and any feedback is dealt with effectively.

Food & Drink
• Full menu knowledge to ensure high quality food, drink, deli & take-away and correct recipe specifications delivered at all times.
• Support the management team with all menu changes ensuring effective Team training for smooth delivery to our guests.

KPI’s
• Mystery Guest & Reviews results greater than target
• Audit pass
• EHO 5 Star
• Review actions every period against last team engagement survey action plan
• Team turnover below target
